Welcome to Examsjeet. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering on Examsjeet, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these terms. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental consent to use the platform.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- One person may only maintain one active account
3. Examination Rules
- Each exam allows only one attempt per student
- Students must verify identity via webcam before starting the exam
- Tab switching or opening other applications during exams is strictly prohibited
- Use of unauthorized materials, calculators (unless permitted), or external help is forbidden
- Exams must be taken during the scheduled time window only
- Any suspicious activity may result in immediate disqualification
4. Prizes and Rewards
- Prizes are awarded based on merit and performance rankings
- Winners must provide valid identity documents to claim prizes
- Tax deductions (TDS) will be applied as per Indian tax laws where applicable
- Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of announcement
- Examsjeet reserves the right to verify winner eligibility
- Decisions regarding winners are final and binding
5. Payments and Refunds
- Exam fees are non-refundable except in case of cancellation by Examsjeet
- Technical failures on our end will result in full refund or rescheduling
- No refund will be provided for no-shows or late arrivals
- All transactions are processed securely via Razorpay
6. Prohibited Activities
- Cheating, plagiarism, or attempting to manipulate results
- Sharing account credentials with others
- Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage
- Harassing other users or staff members
- Uploading malicious content or viruses
- Attempting to breach platform security
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Severe violations may result in permanent ban and forfeiture of any pending prizes.
8. Limitation of Liability
Examsjeet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for technical failures beyond our control.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via email.
