Refund & Cancellation Policy
Understanding our payment and refund procedures

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which payments for exams on Examsjeet may be refunded or cancelled.
Non-Refundable Cases
The following situations are NOT eligible for refunds:
- Student fails to appear for the scheduled exam
- Student arrives late after exam has started
- Student is disqualified due to violation of exam rules (cheating, tab switching, etc.)
- Student changes mind after enrolling
- Poor performance or not scoring high enough to win prizes
- Technical issues on student's end (internet, device, power failure)
Eligible for Refund
Full refunds will be processed in the following cases:
- Exam is cancelled by Examsjeet due to technical issues
- Exam is rescheduled by Examsjeet and student cannot attend new date
- Platform technical error prevents student from completing exam
- Duplicate payment charged for same exam
- Exam content error making it impossible to complete
Exam Transfer Policy
- Exam fees cannot be transferred to other exams or other users
- If an exam is cancelled, students may opt for full refund or credit for future exams
- Credits are valid for 6 months from date of issue
Refund Process
- Request Submission: Submit refund request within 24 hours of exam end time via support ticket
- Verification: Our team will verify the issue within 2-3 business days
- Approval: If approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Credited: Refund will be credited to original payment method
Refund Amount
- Full refund: 100% of exam fee (excluding payment gateway charges if applicable)
- Payment gateway charges (usually 2-3%) may be deducted as per Razorpay policy
- No hidden charges or processing fees from Examsjeet
Important Notes
- Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the scheduled exam end time
- Late requests will not be entertained unless there are exceptional circumstances
- Decision of Examsjeet management regarding refunds is final
- Fraudulent refund claims will result in account suspension
How to Request Refund
To request a refund:
- Login to your Examsjeet account
- Go to "My Exams" section
- Click on "Report Issue" for the specific exam
- Fill the refund request form with detailed explanation
- Attach screenshots if applicable
- Submit and wait for response within 24 hours
